I. Introduction

            Is the use of social media in business a change for success? Social media is great to stay connected to friends, but is it for business? This question has been debated since the relatively recent inception of social media. Is it just a distraction or a legitimate business strategy tool? Should it be banned from the work place? Or is it the new coffee break? We have heard the horror stories of employees destroying public relations with company Twitter accounts, and the stories of secretaries who get paid to sit on Facebook for roughly 8 hours a day.
