Effective communication

Effective communication means to listen more and speak less.

You should also be aware of your body language, speech, patience levels, availability and consistency.

 When speaking to someone you should give them the impression that you’re enthusiastic about speaking to them and have a genuine interest in what they’re saying.

 You can almost be psychic if you pay attention to the person body language and your intuition. Smiling and eye contact can also be very effective.
